The backs a of the cutting-edges are cylindrical surfaces concentric to the suspension ,point o. The heads are fixed by bolts b either directly to a rotating disc or to arms linked to the disc, and the bore q in the head is formed polygonal corresponding to the number of cutting-edges f, the corners being rounded. When the head is provided with a large number of cutting-edges, the bore g is made circular and encloses the bolt b with large clearance.
