Dials.-On a dial for a twenty-four hour clock or watch the numeral " 12 " is in the usual position, and the numeral 24 " is in the ''6" position, the numerals being arranged in two circles as shown and the even numerals being much larger than the odd numerals. If desired, the odd numerals may be omitted. The central portion of the dial may be divided into shadowed or coloured sectors to distinguish the day and night hours.
