Abstract

276,120. Jackson, L. Mellersh-, (Mathieson Alkali Works). July 20, 1926. Drawings to Specification. Silicon chloride. - In a process for treating ferrochromium with chlorine, silicon chloride is vaporized along with ferric chloride and is separated in any usual manner. If no excess of chlorine is used, it can be readily condensed. Specification 29325/13 is referred to.
