Vacuum tubes. - Components such as coupling condensers and resistances are mounted in the cap of an amplifying valve having several sets of electrodes, or in an adapter. As shown, condensers 8 and resistances 6 are mounted in an adapter 13 having sockets 15 receiving the pins of a multiple valve 1, and pins 16 for insertion in a holder.
