Abstract

268,249. Brõuner, W. Nov. 15, 1926. Trays and waiters. -A tray or waiter is provided with an aperture e for the fingers or the top of the thumb, in combination with a receptacle h, Fig. 2, adapted to hold knives, forks, spoons or the like. The receptacle may be subdivided by partitions i and is provided with feet k which may be of U- shape at their lower ends l to clamp to the edge of the aperture, or the receptacle' may fit over an upstanding flange around the edge of the aperture. The tray may have an arc-shaped portion c by which it may fit against the breast and a semi-circular portion d to fit over the arm of a person carrying the tray.
