Abstract

264,644. Robertson, D. Dec. 30, 1925. Pivot pins.-In a shackle or pivoted spring attachment for motor vehicles, the bearing surfaces, which are of V-section, are formed in bushes 13, 14 secured respectively to the central pin 12 and in the eye 11 of the spring. A somewhat flattened V screw thread may form the bearing surfaces or similar grooves may be arranged circumferentially.
