Abstract

262,205. Hunter, P. C. Sept. 23, 1925. Holders for hand cutting.-A carving attachment for a dish comprises a perforated platform 3, preferably in grid form, supports 4 which raise the platform to or about the level of the rim, hook members 7 which grip the edge of the dish and an upstanding guard extending across the width of the platform. The guard is attached to or integral with the platform and comprises horizontal members 9 which are preferably resilient and provided with ball points. The platform may be of wire mesh or it may be stamped from sheet metal or made of glass or porcelain.
