Abstract
A wine pressure safety valve for use with a standard cork comprising a valve body 1 having a shaft, a pressure spring 2, a floating shaft 3 and an end cape 4 having two seals and a shaft. The pressure spring sits within the valve and engages with the floating shaft pushing it into the end cap. The end cap has two O ring seals that allows the end cap to have a push fit seal with the valve body, and allow the shoulders of the floating the shoulders of the floating shaft to be sealed when the floating shaft is biased towards the end cap by the spring. Once under pressure the floating shaft will move itself back against the spring forcing pressure up the shaft. The device is pushed into a cork and pushed into a vessel in use.
Description
This Invention is a Wine Safety Value This Invention has an arrangement of parts which when assembled make a Wine Pressure Safety Valve. Once the invention is pushed into a cork and pushed into a vessel no other requirements are needed.
This Invention was needed by myself. A tight fitting Safety Valve which can be used with a standard cork to fit.
I will describe the Invention with the accompanying drawing.

Claims (4)
- CLAIMS1 Wine Pressure Safety Valve Main Body.
- 2 Wine Pressure Safety Valve as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2 wherein pressure spring to load.
- 3 Wine Pressure Safety Valve as claimed in claim 1 or 2 or 3 wherein Floating Shaft under force to push up to shoulder on to 0 ring seal and once working under pressure move itself back against part spring.
- 4 Wine Pressure Safety Valve as claimed in claim 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 wherein end cap with push fit seal.Wine Pressure Safety Valve substantially as described herein with reference to Fig 1-5 in the accompanying drawing.
