259,301. British Thomson-Houston Co., Ltd., and Holbrook, H. S. July 7. 1925. Addition to 241,843. Transformers.-A spacer for transformer coils comprising a member 1 of substantially rectangular cross section adapted to extend between two adjacent coils and having transverse ducts 7 communicating with all four faces as described in the parent case, is so designed as to have unbroken edges to afford a better support for the coils. The spacer is built up of strips of insulating material formed with openings as shown in Fig. 2, and the several sections are secured together after assembly by a flattened rod passed through the slots 5.
