The box body comprises a bottom plate (1) and side plates, at least one side plate being a wire through side plate (2) where a wire through hole is provided; each wire through side plate (2) comprises an outer plate (3) arranged at the outer side, and an inner plate (4) arranged at the inner side, a plurality of through holes (302) being provided on the outer plates (3), each inner plate (4) comprising a base part (41) and a pulled-down blocking part (42), and the pulled-down blocking parts (42) being fixed on the base parts (41) by a plurality of connecting points (43); the pulled-down blocking parts (42) are arranged corresponding to the through holes (302) and the pulled-down blocking parts (42) are configured to block the through holes (302); after the pulled-down blocking parts (42) are taken away from the base parts (41) by disconnecting the connecting points (43), the through holes (302) are exposed outside and taken as the wire through holes to enable wires to pass through therein; and the pulled-down blocking parts (42) are connected to the base parts (41) of the inner plates (4) only by the plurality of connecting points (43), the connecting points (43) can be disconnected as long as enough force is applied onto the connecting points (43) during perforating, the through holes (302) are exposed outside after the pulled-down blocking parts (42) are taken away, and the wires can pass through the through holes, such that perforating is very convenient.

Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to the field of electrical equipment and, more particularly, to a distribution box.
Background of the Invention
The distribution box is a kind of common electrical equipment and is used for centrally mounting switches, instruments and the like for circuit control. The distribution box is generally provided with a wire passing hole for leading in or leading out a wire for use on a side plate of a box body. Since different users have different needs for wiring, the requirements on the number of the wire passing holes are different, manufacturers usually make depressions on the side plate of the box body of the distribution box to serve as a reserved perforation position, and when perforation is needed, holes are made in the depressions according to demands. However, for the users, this distribution box still needing to be perforated is inconvenient to use on the one hand, and on the other hand, a special tool for perforating is needed, which not only wastes time and labor, but also increases the perforation cost.
Summary of the Invention
The problem to be solved in the present invention is to provide a distribution box, a hole can be directly made at the position where a wire passing hole needs to be formed without a special perforation tool, which is convenient in use and does not need to increase the additional perforation cost.
To solve the above problem, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
a distribution box, including a box body, wherein the box body includes a bottom plate and side plates, at least one side plate is a wire passing side plate where wire passing holes are provided, the wire passing side plate includes an outer plate disposed on the outer side and an inner plate disposed on the inner side, a plurality of through holes are provided on the outer plate, the inner plate includes a base part and removable shielding parts, the removable shielding parts are fixed at the base part through a plurality of connecting points, the removable shielding parts are disposed corresponding to the through holes, and the removable shielding parts shield the through holes, and when the connecting points are disconnected, the removable shielding parts can be taken away from the base part, and the through holes are exposed to serve as the wire passing holes to allow wires to pass through them.
Further, the side plate adjacent to the wire passing side plate is a positioning side plate for connecting the wire passing side plate to form a side face of the box body.
Further, the inner plate is fixed at the bottom plate and/or the positioning side plate. Further, the inner plate is fixed at the outer plate.
Further, the inner plate is fixed at the positioning side plate.
Further, the outer plate includes a base plate and a mounting plate fixed at the base plate, the mounting plate is provided with a first fastening part, the positioning side plate is provided with a second fastening part, and the first fastening part and the second fastening part are mutually fastened to mount the outer plate at the positioning side plate.
Further, the first fastening part includes a first limiting plate disposed to form an oblique angle relative to the base plate and a second limiting plate formed by bending and extending the first limiting plate, and a downward first opening is formed at the connecting site between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate; the positioning side plate includes an extension part extending towards the outer plate and a third limiting plate formed by bending and extending the extension part, and an upward second opening is formed on the third limiting plate; the first opening fastens a part of the third limiting plate located below the second opening, and the second opening fastens a part of the first limiting plate located above the first opening, so that the first fastening part and the second fastening part are mutually fastened.
Further, the second limiting plate is provided with a first limiting hole, a second limiting hole is provided at the third limiting corresponding to the first limiting hole, and a limiting element passes through the second limiting hole and the first limiting hole to limit the up and down movements of the first fastening part, respectively. Further, the outer plate is mounted at the bottom plate through a turnover mechanism and is capable of being turned over along an edge of the bottom plate.
Further, the removable shielding parts are circular, the through holes are circular holes, and the diameters of the removable shielding parts are larger than those of the through holes.
Compared with the prior art, the technical solutions have the following advantages: according to the distribution box provided by the present invention, the wire passing side plate allowing the wires to pass through it includes the inner plate and the outer plate, the outer plate is directly provided with the through holes, and the inner plate is provided with the removable shielding parts corresponding to the through holes. When a hole is needed, only the removable shielding part is needed to be removed. Since the removable shielding part is connected with the base part of the inner plate only through a plurality of connecting points, as long as a sufficient force is applied to the connecting points, the connecting points can be disconnected to detach the removable shielding part. Then the through holes can be exposed to serve as the wire passing holes to enable the wires to pass through them, so that making holes is very convenient, and no special perforation tool is needed, thereby effectively saving the time and hole-making costs.

Detailed Description of the Embodiments
A clear and complete description of the technical solutions of the present invention will be given below in combination with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
Please refer to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3, the present invention provides a distribution box, including a box body. The box body includes a bottom plate 1 and side plates, and at least one side plate is a wire passing side plate 2 where wire passing holes are provided. The wire passing side plate 2 includes an outer plate 3 disposed on the outer side and an inner plate 4 disposed on the inner side, and a plurality of through holes 302 are provided on the outer plate 3. The inner plate 4 includes a base part 41 and removable shielding parts 42, and the removable shielding parts 42 are fixed at the base part 41 through a plurality of connecting points 43. The removable shielding parts 42 are disposed corresponding to the through holes 302, and the removable shielding parts 42 shield the through holes 302. The base part 41, the removable shielding parts 42, and the connecting points 43 are integrally formed, and thus the manufacture procedure is simple. When the connecting points 43 are disconnected, the removable shielding parts 42 can be taken away from the base part 41, and the through holes 302 are exposed to serve as the wire passing holes to allow wires to pass through them. A gap is reserved between the removable shielding parts 42 and the base part 41, the removable shielding parts 42 and the base part 41 are connected only via the connecting points 43, and the connecting points 43 can be disconnected by applying a certain external force to the removable shielding parts 42, so as to take away the removable shielding parts 42 from the base part 41. Then the through holes 302 can be exposed, i.e. making holes on the wire passing side plate 2 is completed, so that the hole-making process is very convenient and no special perforation tool is needed, thereby effectively saving the time and hole-making costs. The distribution box provided by the present invention is made of a metal material, preferably made of iron, and a rigid structure is better.
In the embodiment, the removable shielding parts 42 are circular, the through holes 302 are circular holes, and the diameters of the removable shielding parts 42 are larger than those of the through holes 302, such that the removable shielding parts 42 can completely shield the through holes 302 to prevent dust from entering into the box body from the through holes 302. Therefore the dustproof effect is good, and the dust is prevented from entering into the part without holes. However, the shapes of the removable shielding parts 42 and the through holes 302 are not limited hereto and can also be a variety of shapes such as squares, ellipses and polygons and the like, as long as the removable shielding parts 42 can shield the through holes 302. Arc-shaped gaps 412 are formed between the base part 41 and the removable shielding parts 42 to allow a force to be conveniently applied to the removable shielding parts 42 to disconnect the connecting points 43, which facilitates simplifying the hole-making process. Any one of the removable shielding parts 42 can be connected with the base part 41 through two to four connecting points 43. In this embodiment, any one of the removable shielding parts 42 is connected with the base part 41 through three connecting points 43, and when hole-making is not needed, the removable shielding parts 42 can be firmly fixed at the base part 41; and when a hole is needed, the three connecting points 43 can be easily disconnected. Thus the hole-making is very convenient.
The side plate adjacent to the wire passing side plate 2 is a positioning side plate 5, which is used for connecting the wire passing side plate 2 to form a side face of the box body. The positioning side plate 5 is fixed at the edge of the bottom plate 1. The inner plate 4 can be fixed at the bottom plate 1 and/or the positioning side plate 5 in a manner such as welding, adhering, or screw locking, and the inner plate 4 is disposed on the inner side of the wire passing side plate 2 for shielding the through holes 302. In the embodiment, the inner plate 4, the positioning side plate 5, and the bottom plate 1 are an entirety. However, the invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment (not shown), the inner plate 4, the positioning side plate 5 and the bottom plate 1 can be individual bodies which are separately disposed, the inner plate 4 can be fixed at the outer plate 3, and the outer plate 3 is then fixed at the positioning side plate 5 or the bottom plate 1 thus to form a complete distribution box. Specifically, the base part 41 of the inner plate 4 can be fixed on the outer plate 3 in a manner such as welding, adhering, or screw locking.
The outer plate 3 can be directly fixed at the positioning side plate 5 in a manner such as welding, adhering, or screw locking, and the outer plate 3 can also be mounted on the positioning side plate 5 in a detachable manner. In the embodiment, the outer plate 3 is fastened to the positioning side plate 5 in a fastening/engaging manner. The outer plate 3 includes a base plate 31 and a mounting plate 32 fixed at the base plate 31, and the through holes 302 are formed on the base plate 31. The mounting plate 32 is provided with a first fastening part 33, the positioning side plate 5 is provided with a second fastening part 53, and the first fastening part 33 and the second fastening part 53 are mutually fastened to mount the outer plate 3 at the positioning side plate 5. Specifically, the first fastening part 33 includes a first limiting plate 331 disposed to form an oblique angle relative to the base plate 31 and a second limiting plate 332 formed by bending and extending the first limiting plate 331, and a downward first opening 301 is formed at the connecting site between the first limiting plate 331 and the second limiting plate 332; the second fastening part 53 includes an extension part 531 extending towards the outer plate 3 and a third limiting plate 533 formed by bending and extending the extension part 531, and an upward second opening 532 is formed on the third limiting plate 533; the first opening 301 fastens the part of the third limiting plate 533 located below the second opening 532, and the second opening 532 fastens the part of the first limiting plate 331 located above the first opening 301, so that the first fastening part 33 and the second fastening part 53 are mutually fastened and the outer plate 3 is fastened to the positioning side plate 5 thus to limit the movements of the outer plate 3 in a horizontal direction. Please refer to FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 6 together. During a mounting process, the outer plate 3 is inserted into the box body from top to bottom. Specifically, the first opening 301 is aligned to the second opening 532, the outer plate 3 is moved downwards, and the first opening 301 passes through the second opening 532 to fasten the part of the third limiting plate 533 located below the second opening 532. Meanwhile, the second opening 532 passes through the first opening 301 to fasten the part of the first limiting plate 331 located above the first opening 301. Therefore, the outer plate 3 can be mounted on the positioning side plate 5 of the box body in a pluggable manner. When the wires are needed to pass, the outer plate 3 can be pulled out from the box body, and after the electric wires pass through the through holes 302, and the outer plate 3 can be inserted back into the box body, so that the wiring is more flexible and convenient.
In the embodiment, the included angle between the first limiting plate 331 and the base plate 31 is 45 degrees, the second limiting plate 332 is parallel to the third limiting plate 533, and when the first fastening part 33 is fastened to the second fastening part 53, the second limiting plate 332 is laminated to the third limiting plate 533 in parallel. In addition, the mounting plate 32 further includes a connecting plate 34 connected with the first limiting plate 331, the connecting plate 34 is integrally formed with the first limiting plate 331 and the second limiting plate 332, and the connecting plate 34 is fixed to the base plate 31 in a manner such as welding, adhering, or screw locking, so as to fix the mounting plate 32 to the base plate 31.
Further, the second limiting plate 332 is provided with a first limiting hole 3321, a second limiting hole 5331 is provided at the third limiting plate 533 corresponding to the first limiting hole 3321, and a limiting element passes through both the second limiting hole 5331 and the first limiting hole 3321 to limit the up and down movements of the first fastening part 33. Please refer to FIG. 4 and FIG. 5. Protruding blocks 62 on both ends of a wiring terminal base 6 can be directly used as the limiting element. After the protruding block 62 is inserted into the second limiting hole 5331 and the first limiting hole 3321, the up and down movements of the first fastening part 33 can be limited. That is, the up and down movements of the outer plate 3 is limited. As mentioned above, the movements of the outer plate 3 in the horizontal direction have been limited by the first opening 301 and the second opening 532, and thus the outer plate 3 is completely restrained.
In another embodiment (not shown), the outer plate 3 is mounted to the bottom plate 1 through a turnover mechanism and can be turned over along an edge of the bottom plate 1. Specifically, the turnover mechanism includes a rotating shaft disposed on the bottom plate 1 and shaft sleeves disposed on the outer plate 3 and matched with the rotating shaft, the shaft sleeves are sleeved on the end parts of the rotating shaft, so that the outer plate 3 can be turned over along the rotating shaft. In addition, a buckling mechanism can be further disposed on the wire passing side plate 2, and when the outer plate 3 is turned over upwards, the wire passing side plate 2 is buckled with an adjacent side plate through the buckling mechanism so as to fix the position of the wire passing side plate 2. The turnover mechanism is not limited to the above description.
Although the present invention has been disclosed above in the preferred embodiments, but the preferred embodiments are not used for limiting the present invention. Possible variations and modifications on the technical solutions of the present invention may be made by those skilled in the art by means of the method and the technical contents disclosed above, without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Therefore, any simple modifications, equivalent variations and decorations, made on the above embodiments according to the technical essence of the present invention without deviating from the contents of the technical solutions of the present invention, shall fall into the protection scope of the technical solutions of the present invention.
