Description
A disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis The invention relates to a disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis according to the preamble of claim 1.
The invention relates to the area of the food industry and relates to the packaging of extraction materials for a one-time infusion, in order to prepare tea, coffee, cocoa or drinks on their basis..
A disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea is known from the prior art. It contains one or two tea bags closed on both sides, the walls of which are formed from a hydrophilic filter paper. A thread is attached to one of the sides of the bag, on the other end of which a label is fastened (see RU 53262 "tea package for one-time infusion").
This device has a defect, that it has no coaster, in order to discard the wet bag. This leads to the fact that one extracts the bag from the cup on the label or on the thread after the completed process of the infusion and that one must search for where the rather wet bag can be discarded. There is no special tray for this. However, often (.0 no acceptable tray is found for the used up bag. It must be put down directly on the table or on another surface, wherein a small puddle of tea arises.
CO The closest prior art and the prototype for the invention according to its technical nature and the achievable effect is a disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis with a bag made of moisure-permeable material and an extraction material preportioned therein. A thread with a label is thereby attached to the bag (see utility model patent RU49427 "Packaging for one-time infusion products for the preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis").
Also, this known technical solution has the defect that there is no coaster in order to discard the used bag. After the use one must look for a place to discard the bag, in order to dirty neither the table cloth, nor the table or any other surface.
The problem addressed by the invention is to improve the use properties of the disposable device and to increase the user-friendliness and user comfort.
The problem posed is solved by the features of claim 1.
The technical effect of this technical solution is an optimization of the design of the disposable device, specifically in that the label is designed in the form of a coaster for the used bag.
In this way the label always provides a tray for the used tea bag.
Furthermore, the problem addressed by the invention is to increase the selection of technical means, which ensure the packaging and the infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis. As a result, the additional technical effect consists in the realization of this intended purpose.
The problem mentioned is solved as follows.
The disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis has a bag made of moisture-permeable material, an extraction material preportioned therein and a thread with a label attached to the bag. According to the proposed invention the label is designed in the form of a coaster for the bag after its use.
Advantageous further developments of the invention can be learned from the dependent claims.
The coaster can be made from hydrophobic paper.
The coaster can also be made from paper stock and pulp.
The coaster can be made from plastic.
The caster can consist of a bottom and side edges.
The coaster can be designed with a bottom in the form of a circle or a rectangle or a polygon or an oval or an ellipse or a nonproportional figure.
The side edges of the coaster can be designed fluted.
The side edges of the coaster can be designed smooth.
The side edges of the coaster can be designed fold-like.
The search conducted in the protective right, technical and scientific literature provides evidence that the claimed disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis is not known and is thus novel.
The claimed device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis can be manufactured in any operation, which has specialized in this industry. Such a production requires known materials and conventional manufacturing technology, which can be manufactured in abundance by domestic and foreign industry.
Thus, the claimed disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis is industrially applicable.
The totality of the essential features according to the present invention gives the d aimed disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis new properties, which make it possible to solve the problem posed, specifically to increase the the usage properties of the disposable device and to increase the user-friendliness and user comfort.
The design of the label in the form of a coaster for discarding the bag after its use allows the wet bag to be discarded on the coaster. Thus, the seach for a place to discard the used bag is eliminated for the consumer. No danger exists that the table cloh, the table or any other surface is dirtied. This improves the user-friendliness CO and user comfort and increases the usage properties of the disposable device.
The formation of the coaster from hydrophobic paper makes it possible that a seepage is prevented and that the tea-or other product residues do not come onto the table cloth or onto the table surface or any other surface. The label is thereby used at the same time for immersing and lifting the bag and for using it as a coaster for the used bag. Thus, the claimed disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis increases the usage properties of the device and is user-friendly and comfortable.
The formation of the coaster from paper stock and pulp expands the range of designs of the device The formation of the coaster from plastic also ensures the expansion of the selection and the designs of the device.
The design of the coaster with a bottom and side edges makes it possible to prevent leakage of the liquid from the used bag. This also increases the user-friendliness.
The design of the coaster with the bottom in the form of a circle or a rectangle or a polygon or an oval or an ellipse or a nonproportional figure ensures the expansion of the designs of the coaster and thus the better assortment of the disposable device.
The formation of the side edges of the coaster as fluted side edges makes the claimed device even more comfortable and pleasant, for such side edges easily fold out and give the coaster a beautiful visual appearance.
The formation of the side edges of the coaster as smooth side edges expands the range of designs of the device.
The fold-like formation of the side edges of the coaster also expands the range of designs of the device.
The invention is elucidated in detail by means of an embodiment.
Fig. 1 shows a full view of the disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis and Fig. 2 shows a full view of the device after the use and after the extraction from the cup.
The disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis contains a bag 1 made from a moisture-permeable material, an extraction material preportioned therein and a thread 2 with a label attached to the bag. The label is thereby designed in the form of a coaster 3 for the bag 1 after its use.
The coaster 3 can be made from hydrophobic paper.
The coaster 3 can be made from paper stock and pulp.
The coaster 3 can be made from plastic.
The coaster 3 can consist of a bottom 4 and side edges 5.
The coaster 3 can be designed with a bottom 4 in the form of a circle or a rectangle or a polygon or an oval or an ellipse or a non-proportional figure.
The side edges 5 of the coaster 3 can be designed fluted. The side edges 5 of the coaster 3 can be designed smooth. The side edges 5 of the coaster 3 can be designed fold-like. The functionality of the claimed device is as follows: The disposable device for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis forms the label 3. A thread 2 is stretched and fastened to the bag 1. It is thus immersed in the cup for the drink. After the desired concentration and color of the drink is achieved, the bag 1 on the thread 2 is removed from the cup. The label, which is designed in the form of a coaster 3 for the bag 1, is placed down. The coaster 3 is thereby beforehand folded out and arranged horizontally. The residual liquid existing in the bag 1 remains in the coaster 3 and does not come onto the table surface.
In doing so, one needs no additional dishes for the disposable device utilized for packaging and infusion preparation of tea, coffee, cocoa or of drinks on their basis.
