Abstract

253,777. Searl, C. M. Oct. 20, 1925. Lasts.-Relates to hinged lasts with a resilient bearing between the fore and heel parts, which parts are connected by a link; and consists in that one or more of the pins which secure the ends of the link to the corresponding parts of the last is or are resilient. The resilient bearing mav be in two parts 7, 7<1>. The link 3 may be formed with a slot at one end, engaging two pins 6, 6 spaced apart heightwise of the last. The pin 4 at the other end of the link is resilient, and the pins 5, 6 are, preferably, resilient also.
