Description

TITLE-BREAKER DEVICE
(a) Technical Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a breaker device, and more particularly to a breaker device utilizing magnetic force to drive a conductive switch, and allowing the outside of a mosquito lamp to be integrated without breaches so as to extend the service life thereof, while take into account the use safety thereof
(b) Description of the Prior Art
To prevent the sting and breeding of mosquitoes, people usually selective mosquito repellent incense or plug-in electric mosquito repellent incense as a mosquito repelling tool besides doing a good job in cleaning home environment, removing stagnant water frequently and keeping home and neighborhood sanitation well, thereby to repel mosquitoes. Currently, mosquito lamps become popular; they can capture effectively not only mosquitoes but moths, flies, spiders, and the like. In addition, they can be used as lamps for night illumination Therefore, general users usually place mosquito lamps at house entrances, backyards, balconies and etc. Since mosquito lamps are generally turned on for one whole night, the use safety thereof is particularly more important. Although conventional mosquito lamps with a high voltage grid are equipped with a protective plastic net, the high voltage grids of some of them are possible to be touched by users' fingers to cause danger to the users, and therefore, incapable of achieving the purpose of the configurations thereof obviously, and being rather short in service life. Furthermore, once it is raining, mosquito lamps placed outdoors must be put away immediately, or they will be exposed to raindrops, causing a short circuit or burning, or even endangering innocent persons.
From the above, it is clearly that conventional mosquito lamps have the following drawbacks: 1. Users are possible to touch the high voltage grids, resulting in the risk of electric shock; 2. watering mosquito lamps, for example, at a raining day, will cause a short circuit, burning or damage to innocent persons.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The main object of the present invention is to provide a breaker device enclosing a conductive switch in a mosquito lamp, magnetic force being used to match the opening and closing of an outer cover to respectively switch on and off the conductive switch, allowing the mosquito lamp to be used safely, have moisture protection and collision avoidance effects, power off automatically and etc. To achieve the above object, the breaker device of the present invention includes: a conductive switch, configured inside a mosquito lamp; a magnetic linkage rod, coupled pivotally inside the mosquito lamp, and selectively pressed against the conductive switch; and a panel cover, configured movably outside the mosquito lamp, a magnetic element capable of attracting the magnetic linkage rod selectively being configured on the panel cover. Whereby, the magnetic linkage rod has no action to the conductive switch so that the conductive switch is not switched on and the mosquito lamp is in a power off state because the magnetic element is far away from the magnetic linkage rod when the panel cover of the mosquito lamp is opened after the breaker device is attached to the mosquito lamp Vice versa, the magnetic element causes the magnetic linkage rod to pivot through magnetic force to press the conductive switch, allowing the conductive switch to be in electric communication with a power source of the mosquito lamp when the panel cover is closed. Whereby, magnetic force operated in coordination with the opening and closing of the panel cover is used to switch on and off the conductive switch, allowing users to be safer during the operation of the mosquito lamp. In addition, the conductive switch is accommodated inside the mosquito lamp, further increasing overall moisture prevention and collision avoidance effects, capable of extending the service life thereof

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
Referring to FIGS. 1, 1A, 2 and 3, which respectively are a perspective view, schematically expanded perspective view, three-dimensional see-through view and schematic view of a linkage structure of a preferred embodiment according to the present invention, a breaker device of the present invention includes: a conductive switch 2, configured inside a mosquito lamp 1, including a button portion 21 adapted to cut off the electricity of the mosquito lamp 1 selectively and an elastic linkage rod 22 moved to press the button portion 21 by a magnetic linkage rod 3 mentioned below; the magnetic linkage rod 3, coupled pivotally to the inside of the mosquito lamp 1 and pressed against the conductive switch 2 selectively, having a contact portion 31 adapted to press against the elastic linkage rod 22 configured at one end thereof and a magnetic atti action portion 32 configured at another end thereof far away from the contact portion 31 as well as a pivoting shaft 33 configured thereon at a position between the contact portion 31 and magnetic attraction portion 32; a panel cover 11, movably configured on the outside of the mosquito lamp 1; a magnetic element 111, configured on the panel cover 11 and adapted to attract the magnetic linkage rod 3 selectively; and a protective housing 12, adapted to accommodate the conductive switch 2 and magnetic linkage rod 3, and forming an enclosed space inside the mosquito lamp 1.
Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3 again and FIGS 4 and 5 which respectively are a schematic view of the embodiment according to the present invention upon action, it can be seen clearly from the figures that \\Then the breaker device of the present invention is to be mounted additionally in the mosquito lamp 1, the magnetic element 111 is configured on the panel cover 11 of the mosquito lamp 1 and the protective housing 12 accommodating the conductive switch 2 and magnetic linkage rod 3 is installed inside the mosquito lamp 1, where the magnetic linkage rod 3 is configured in such a way that it corresponds to the magnetic element 111 outside the protective housing 12; its actuation way is respectively explained as the followings with respect to the electric conduction state and power off state of the mosquito lamp 1.
In the electric conduction state in which the mosquito lamp 1 needs a power supply, i.e. a general use state in which the panel cover 11 is covered on one side of the mosquito lamp 1, the magnetic element 11 on the panel cover 11 attracts the magnetic attraction portion 32 configured on one end of thd
S
magnetic linkage rod 3 accommodated in the protective housing 12 while attracted and attached to the protective housing 12 so that the magnetic linkage rod 3 is rotated around the pivoting shaft 33, allowing the end of the magnetic linkage rod 3 configured with the magnetic attraction portion 32 to be moved toward the magnetic element 11, while the contact portion 31 at another end thereof is noved in a reverse direction to be in touch with the elastic linkage rod 22 of the conductive switch 2 and in the same time press the button portion 21 to trigger the actuation of the conductive switch 2, and finally to be in electric communication with the power source of the mosquito lamp 1, allowing the mosquito lamp to work normally In the power off state in which the mosquito lamp 1 has a normal power supply but the grid is not energized, the panel cover 11 is opened. The magnetic element 111 is also moved away from the protective housing 12 while the panel cover 11 is opened; it is namely that the magnetic attraction portion 32 inside the protective housing 12 is no longer attracted by the magnetic element 111. At his time, the elastic linkage rod 22 is not pressed by the contact portion 31 and utilizes its own spring force to recover back to its original shape and push the magnetic linkage rod 31 away, causing the magnetic linkage rod 3 to rotate about the pivoting shaft 3 so as to drive the magnetic attraction portion 32 to move away from the protective housing 12 slightly, and at the same time release the repression to the button portion 21 to cut off the electricity of the mosquito lamp 1 after all, preventing a user from getting an electric shock due to the high voltage of the grids under the condition of the panel cover 11 being opened.
The above actions mainly utilizes magnetic force operated in coordination with the opening and closing of the panel cover 11 to switch on and off the conductive switch 2 to increase the use safety. Furthermore, external damage and insect corpses can be prevented from affecting the actuation of the conductive switch 2 and magnetic linkage rod 3 to maintain their normal operation because they are accommodated inside the protective housing 12. In addition, it is unnecessary to open a hole on the protective housing 12, allowing the protective housing 12 to form an enclosed space inside the mosquito lamp 1 and accommodate the conductive switch 2 and magnetic linkage rod 3 in an airtight way inside it to achieve a waterproof effect because the overall actuation is based on magnetic force, thereby preventing a short circuit because of moisture, and increasing the use safety and service life.
Furthermore, referring to FIG 6, which shows another preferred embodiment of the present invention in a use state, the present embodiment is 20 similar to the embodiment mentioned above except in the present embodiment, a non-magnetic portion 121a corresponding to the magnetic element 111 a is configured on the protective housing 12a, or the entire protective housing 12a is made of non-magnetic material, thereby preventing the attraction force of the magnetic element 111a to the magnetic linkage rod from being scattered so as to maintain the stability of the whole actuation.
Furthermore, referring to FIG. 7, which shows still another preferred embodiment of the present invention in a use state, the present embodiment is similar to the embodiments mentioned above except in the present embodiment, the protective housing 12b has a hollow portion 122b corresponding to the magnetic element 111b if the mosquito lamp is to be used at a dry location without the risk of moisturization, thereby preventing the atu action force of the magnetic element 111b to the magnetic linkage rod from being scattered, or the attraction force of the magnetic element 111b to the magnetic linkage rod from being decreased due to the partition of the protective housing 12b, allowing the magnetic element 11 lb to attract the magnetic attraction portion directly and tightly to maintain the stability of the whole actuation.
From the above, the present invention has the following advantages compared to the prior art: 1. the auto power-off safety protection structure is added in the mosquito lamp, allowing the power to be cut off when the panel cover 11 is opened, preventing people to be harmed; and 2. utilizing magnetic force operated in coordination with the protective 5 housing 12 to carry out auto power-off allows the main components to have more protection, thereby increasing the whole service life.
