Abstract

250,110. Maevey, G. A. Oct. 9, 1925. Boxes made from special blanks and specially designed for matches; contents, delivering. - A cigarette box, Fig. 1, is formed from a single blank, Fig. 2, having a short flap 10 on one face 3 and a match pack 11 is secured between the face 3 and flap 10 and protected by an elongated flap 9 projecting from the end 8 and overlying the face 3 with its end inserted between the flap 10 and pack 11; an opening 7 in an end 5 of the box allows the insertion of a finger, &c. to force the contents of the box outwards. In a modification both flaps 9, 10 are on the face 3 of the box.
