Abstract

A fireproof door panel comprising a front surface plate 31 and a rear surface plate 32 formed as door leafs, a quadrilateral frame, one or more sealing members 37 formed as outer edge sealing structures and a core material 40 formed as an inner sandwich structure, wherein the core material comprises phenolic resin. The core is adhered to the outer surface plates and a layer of glass fibre cloth, glass fibre net or carbon fibre net is attached to the outer surface panels. The core may also include perlite, calcium silicate or a wood composite plate. The frame may be a hard or foamed PVC, hard wood, high density press binding plates, multi wood laminations, stainless steel. A U shaped steel bar tube or rectangular steel pipe may be fastened to the frame member.
