Abstract

249,776. Reed, W. Nov. 19, 1925. Walls.-A waterproof wall lining or damp course of the type consisting of sheet metal covered on both sides with paper or fabric, is formed with the metal sheet one inch less in width and length than the base-piece and one inch greater in width and length than the top piece. By this means, adjacent sections alternately reversed edge-to-edge bond or overlap so that the joints are of the same thickness as the body. The sections are pasted or glued and tacked to vertical or horizontal surfaces. For greater thickness, alternate sheets of metal and fabric or paper are built up.
