DESCRIPTION

Bath Toy in a Capsule This invention isa bath-time toy, which incorporates a liquid such as Surfactant Preparation (foaming liquids also commonly known as Foam or Bubble Bath Solution). The invention seeks to enhance the bath-time experience for children, thereby addressing an age old problem faced by many parents; that is getting the children into the bath.

"Bath-time" is often dreaded by parents and children alike. It is a simple fact that many children do not enjoy bathing, often because this ostensibly cuts into "Play-time". As such, this invention combines the provision of a toy with a Foam Bath Solution (or similar Surfactant Preparation), which turns bath-time into play-time, resulting in an enjoyable experience for children (and hence parents).

The invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, of which: Figure 1 shows the Outer Capsule which consists of an upper and lower portion, and also the internal bracket which ensures that the Inner Capsule remains in place. Figure 1 also shows the Foam Bath Solution contained within the Outer Capsule; Figure 2 shows the Inner Capsule within which the toy is enclosed.

The invention therefore consists of a plastic Outer Capsule (A on Figure 1) consisting of two parts (an upper and lower component) which can be separated. Within the Outer Capsule are contained the following items: Foam Bath Solution (B on Figure 1); internal bracket (Con Figure 1) within which is held in place the Inner Capsule (Don Figure 2). The Inner Capsule (Don Figure 2) consists of an upper and lower component which can be separated from each other. Within the Inner Capsule is contained the toy item (Eon Figure 2).

At bath-time, the upper and lower portions of the Outer Capsule are separated, providing access to the contents of that Outer Capsule. The Foam Bath Solution (or similar Surfactant Preparation) can be now poured into the bath, and the Inner Capsule (Don Figure?) removed from the internal bracket (C on Figure 1). By separating the upper and lower components of the Inner Capsule, access is gained to the toy (Eon Figure 2).
