Abstract
248,813. Davey, P. A. July 30, 1925. Road-traffic signals on vehicles.-A direction indicator for road vehicles comprises a hollow hand H mounted on a tube f which is supported on a ring e on a vertical spindle c. The spindle is rotatably mounted in a casing a and has a lever d for operating the hand. A lamp g, mounted within the tube f, is lighted when the hand is swung out from the side of the vehicle, by contacts h which co-operate with channel-shaped contacts on the casing.
