Abstract

A grilling device having a bottom housing 110 containing a heating system 140 and a lifting structure 120, 130; the lifting structure lifts the heating system vertically within the bottom housing. The heating system is movable such that the grilling device can match different cooking apparatus. The grilling apparatus may comprise an upper housing 200. The lifting structure may comprise a rotary wheel 121, 131, a weight unit 122, 132, movable vertically along the bottom housing and a connection rope 123, 133 which slidably crosses the two sides of the rotary wheel, the first end of the rope is connected to the weight unit and the second end is connected to the heating system. The grilling device may comprise a roasting plate which is detachably supported on the bottom housing and a deep pot detachably supported on the heating system. The grilling device may comprise two sets of lifting structures located on the front and back of the bottom housing. The heating system may comprise a holding shelf unit and a heating unit. The rotary wheels of the lifting structures may disposed at the same height or a different height.

Description

A grilling device [0001] The present invention relates to a grilling device, especially to a grilling device with liftable heating system.
[0002] The function of grilling device sold on the present market is too single, a set of grilling device can not be further used as a stewpot. So the consumer must buy both a grilling device and a stewpot to acquire the grilling function and stewpot function. Though it can serve the cooking purpose by buying two kitchen furniture, there is still a shortage: the devices would occupy too much space and inconvenient to be stored up. There is a solution for the above shortage, that is by arranging multiple roasting plates in a grilling device, said grilling device comprises a bottom housing and a heating system fixed inside said bottom housing, however, said heating system can not move relative to said bottom housing, so the grilling device which replaces the roasting plate can not use a deep enough pot to cook, thus the function of the roasting plate and the stewpot are not efficient, it can not meet the requirement of the consumers.
[0003] The present invention provides a grilling device with liftable heating system, it overcomes the drawbacks of the grilling device of the background technique which can not satisfy the consumers.
[0004] The technical solution applied by the present invention is: [0005] A grilling device at least comprises a bottom housing and a heating system, a lifting structure connected to said bottom housing and said heating system, which can make said heating system move vertically along said bottom housing is disposed in said bottom housing.
[0006] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, said lifting structure comprising: [0007] a rotary wheel; [0008] a weight unit which is able to move vertically along said bottom housing; and [0009] a connection rope slidably crossing the two sides of said rotary wheel, wherein said connection rope has a first end and a second end respectively disposed by the two sides of said rotary wheel; said first end is connected to the weight unit and said second end is connected to said heating system.
[0010] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it further equipped with a roasting plate detachably disposed on said bottom housing and a deep pot detachably disposed on said heating system, wherein said weight unit is heavier than said heating system.

[0012] In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it comprises two sets of lifting structures respectively disposed on the front and back of said bottom housing; the front and back of said heating system are respectively connected to said two sets of lifting structures.

Because the two ends of the connection rope which across said rotary wheel are respectively connected to said weight unit and said heating system, so said heating system can move upwardly and downwardly to be respectively adapted to the frying plate or the stewpot as claimed in practical requirements, the height of the heating system can be adjusted automatically, the roasting plate and deep pot can be used on only one single grilling device, the kinds of home appliances can be reduced in the cooking process, the consumers would enjoy multiple cooking functions with only one simplified home appliance, thereby the drawback of the background technique can be overcome, and the consumers will be satisfied. By utilizing the rotary wheel, and utilizing the gravity principle to lift the heating system, the structure of the present grilling device is simple, the lifting control is convenient and precise. Since the sum of the weight units is larger than that of said heating system, so as long as no objects placed on the heating system, said heating system would be raised to the top position under the influence of the weight unit. Since said roasting plate is supported by said bottom housing, the gravity of the roasting plate and the food on it would not affect the heating system, the heating system can be kept on the top position, it would be convenient for the heating roasting plate to cook the food on it. Since said deep pot is supported by said heating system, the gravity of said deep pot and food would affect the heating system, the sum of the gravity of deep pot and that of heating system is larger than that of weight unit, the heating system would be fell off at the bottom position to heat the food inside the deep pot conveniently. Because the height of the rotary wheels of said two sets of lifting structure are different, the roasting plate is arranged uneven, so the oil from the roasting plate is easy to flow down; furthermore, when the heating system is at the bottom position, said deep pot is arranged even. The reflection plate can absorb the heat radiated from the heating system, so the thermal energy can be prevented from wasting.

[0028] Please refer to fig.1 and fig.2, a grilling device with liftable heating system, it comprises a bottom roasting plate unit 100 and top roasting plate unit 200, the back side of said top roasting plate unit 200 is rotably connected to the back side of the bottom roasting plated unit 100.

[0030] Said first lifting structure 120 is disposed on the front of said bottom housing 110, it comprises two rotary wheels 121 which are disposed at a same height\ a weight unit 122 and two flexible steel wires. Said two rotary wheels 121 can be rotably disposed inside said peripheral wall and located in the front of said bottom housing 110. further, their axis coincide with each other and at the same level. Said weight unit 122 slides vertically along the bottom housing 110 and disposed in it, in order to ensure the weight unit 122 to slide precisely, there is disposed with an orientation structure between said weight unit 122 and said bottom housing 110 as claimed in practical requirements, for example, an orientation slot is disposed on said weight unit 122, there is a orientation column disposed on said bottom housing 110, said orientation slot and said orientation column slide with each other vertically and adapted to each other. Said two flexible steel wires 123 are respectively connected to said two rotary wheels 121, in the present embodiment, there are several benefits by applying the steel wire, such as not easy to be rusty, a small diameter and a high strength, said flexible steel wire 123 can slidably crosses the two sides of said rotary wheel 121, wherein said flexible steel wire 123 has a first end and a second end, said first and second end are respectively disposed by the two sides of said erotary wheel 121, further, said first end is connected to said weight unit 122.
[00311 Said second lifting structure 130 is disposed on the back of said bottom housing 110, its structure is similar to that of first lifting structure 120, said second lifting structure 130 comprises two rotary wheels 131 disposed at the same height\ a weight unit 132 and two flexible steel wires 133. Wherein the position of the rotary wheels 131 of said second lifting structure 130 in the bottom housing 110 is higher than that of the rotary wheel 121 of said first sliding structure 120. Moreover, the sum of weight of said weight units 122 and 132 is larger than the weight of said heating system 140.
[0032] Said heating system 140 comprises a holding shelf unit and a heating unit 141, said holding shelf unit comprises a front holding shelf 142 and a back holding shelf 143. The front end of the said front holding shelf 142 project disposed with two first projecting arms, said first projecting arms has a first connection hole. The back end of the said back holding shelf 143 project disposed with two first projecting arms, said first projecting arms has a second connection hole. Said heating unit 141, for example as electric heating tube, the front and back of its bottom surface respectively supported and connected to said front holding shelf 142 and said back holding shelf 143.
[0033] Said heat reflection plate 150 comprises a bottom plate\ a peripheral plate which extends upwardly from the periphery of the bottom plate and a circumferential plate which extends outwardly from the periphery of the peripheral plate, the front of the peripheral plate of said heat reflection plate 150 has two first longitudinal strip-shaped through slots, the back of which has two second longitudinal strip-shaped through slots.
[0034] The peripheral plate of said heat refection plate 150 surrounds said heating system 140, said heating system 140 is disposed inside the peripheral plate of said heat reflection plate 150.
The two first projecting arms of said front holding shelf 142 respectively go through the first strip-shaped through slot of said reflection plate 150 from inside to the outside, said first projecting arm is adapted to the first strip-shaped through slot, moreover, said first projecting arm is made to be able to slide vertically along said first strip-shaped through slot and connected with it, wherein, a first connection hole disposed on the part of said first projecting arm which extends out of said reflection plate 150 is connected to the second end of said flexible steel wire 123, the two projecting arms of said back holding shelf 143 respectively go through the second strip-shaped through slot from inside to outside, said second projecting arm is adapted to the second strip-shaped through slot, moreover, said second projecting arm is made to be able to slide up and down along said second strip-shaped through slot and connected to it, wherein, a second connection hole disposed on the part of said second projecting arm which extends out of said reflection plate 150 is connected to the second end of said flexible steel wire 133.

The periphery of said deep pot 170 is smaller than the inner periphery of the peripheral wall of said reflection plate.

Because the peripheral wall of said bottom housing 110 is low in front and high in back, so said roasting plate 160 which supported on said peripheral wall is uneven disposed which is low in front and high in back, too. Because the sum of the weight of said weight units 122 and 132 is larger than that of said heating system 140, so said heating system 140 can be lifted to the top by the gravity of the weight unit, further, said front holding shelf 142 and back holding shelf 143 are arranged uneven under the influence of the gravity of the weight unit (parallel to said roasting plate 160), the heating system which supported by said front holding shelf 142 and said back holding shelf 143 is disposed uneven too, so the heating system leans against and connected to said roasting plate 160.
[0037] Firstly separate said roasting plate 160 then put said deep pot 170 on said heating system 141, so said heating unit 141 is made to support said deep pot 170. Firstly, the sum of said deep pot 170 and the food inside is larger than that of the weight unit 122 and 132, said front holding shelf 142 and back holding shelf 143 are disposed flatly at the same height, as showed in fig.4; then, said heating system fell to the bottom under the influence of gravity, as showed in fig.2 and fig.5.
[0038] As claimed in practical requirements, said upper roasting unit comprises an upper housing and an upper roasting plate disposed on said upper housing.
[0039] In another preferred embodiment, the position of the rotary wheel of said first lifting structure 120 in the bottom housing 110 and that of the rotary wheel of said second lifting structure 130 are at same height.
[0040] In a third preferred embodiment, said holding shelf unit comprises a front holding shelf 142 and a back holding shelf 143, further, they are mounted together.
[00411 Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments thereof for carrying out the invention, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that a variety of modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present invention which is intended to be defined by the appended claims.

Claims (11)

  1. Claims I. A grilling device comprising a bottom housing and a heating system, wherein a lifting structure connected to said bottom housing and said heating system which can make said heating system move vertically along said bottom housing is disposed in said bottom housing.
  2. 2. A grilling device as claimed in claim 1 wherein said lifting structure comprises: a rotary wheel; a weight unit which is able to move vertically along said bottom housing; and a connection rope slidably crossing the two sides of said rotary wheel, wherein said connection rope has a first end and a second end respectively disposed by the two sides of said rotary wheel, wherein said first end is connected to the weight unit and said second end is connected to said heating system.
  3. 3. A grilling device as claimed in claim 1 or 2 further equipped with a roasting plate detachably disposed on said bottom housing and a deep pot detachably disposed on said heating system, wherein said weight unit is heavier than said heating system.
  4. 4. A grilling device as claimed in claim 3, wherein said roasting plate is supported by said bottom housing and said deep pot is supported by said heating system.
  5. 5. A grilling device as claimed in claim 1 comprising two sets of lifting structures respectively disposed on the front and back of said bottom housing, wherein the front and back of said heating system are respectively connected to said two sets of lifting structures.
  6. 6. A grilling device as claimed in claim 1, wherein said heating system comprises a holding shelf unit and a heating unit disposed on said holding shelf unit, wherein the front and back of said holding shelf unit are respectively connected to said two sets of lifting structures.
  7. 7. A grilling device as claimed in claim 5 wherein the rotary wheels of said two sets of lifting structures are disposed at the same height.
  8. 8. A grilling device as claimed in claim 5 wherein the rotary wheels of said two sets of lifting structures are disposed at a different height.
  9. 9. A grilling device as claimed in claim 6 wherein said holding shelf unit comprises a front holding shelf and a back holding shelf, wherein the front end of said front holding shelf is connected to the second end of the connection rope of a lifting structure and the back end of said back holding shelf is connected to the second end of the connection rope of another lifting structure, wherein said heating system is supported on said front holding shelf and back holding shelf.
  10. 10. A grilling device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the front end of the front holding shelf project is disposed with a first projecting arm, wherein the back end of the front holding shelf project is disposed with a second projecting arm.
  11. 11. The grilling device as claimed in claim 10 further comprising: a heat reflection plate surrounding said heating system, wherein said heat reflection plate comprises a bottom plate and a peripheral plate which extends upwardly from the periphery of said bottom plate, wherein the front of said peripheral plate has a first strip-shaped through slot and the back of said peripheral plate is disposed with a second strip-shaped through slot, wherein said first projecting arm extends from the inside to the outside and is slidably connected to said first strip-shaped through slot and connected to the second end of the connection rope of a lifting structure, wherein said second projecting arm extends from the inside to the outside and is slidably connected to said second strip-shaped through slot and connected to the second end of the connection rope of another lifting structure.
