Abstract

A pet drinking apparatus in which water is recirculated by a pump (11, fig 3), preferably via a filter, from a lower reservoir 3 open for a pet to drink therefrom, to an upper basin 12 open for a pet to drink therefrom. Water from the upper basin overflows to pass down to the lower reservoir for recirculation. The upper basin is coupled to a feed pipe having an upper end and a lower end. The upper end issues into the upper basin. The lower end is coupled to the pump, which is supported solely from the feed.
