Abstract

A travel cushion has an underside that is partially covered by a non-slip material. In use the cushion will not slip when placed on eg a bus window. The area of non-slip material may be contiguous, a pattern, screen-printed or sprayed onto the underside of the cushion. The material may be rubber and/or resistant to UV degradation. The cushion may be filled with fibre, foam, polystyrene balls or be inflatable, It may also have a compartment for small personal belongings; a count-down timer; a power point/jack for eg an MP3 player; and a stiff steel seal which can be used as a bottle opener. In one embodiment the pillow is made of a water resistant material.
