Abstract

243,874. Moseley & Sons, Ltd., D., and Moseley, R. Oct. 29, 1924. Spring surfaces, pneumatic. An air tube or tubes folded to form a number of adjacent parallel sections, has on one or more of the sides or ends an air tube or tubes 4, 5 preferably of larger diameter than the folded tube 3 to give a raised edge or to produce a concave upper surface. The tubes are secured together by tabs 6 or by vulcanizing, and are enclosed in a casing 7 which may have its ends shaped to conform with the cross-section of the structure.
