Abstract

The invention relates to a dispenser, especially to a dispenser for use in the plumbing industry. The dispenser overcomes the problems of applying flux or lubricant to pipe joints. The invention provides a dispenser (100; 200; 300; 400) for a container which releases its contents under pressure, the dispenser comprising one or more outlets (118; 218; 318) for jetting contents of the container onto an inner, generally annular region of a tubular member when the member is urged against an actuating means (114; 214; 314; 414) of the dispenser.
