Abstract

An access floor panel (1) comprises a core (2) enclosed within a shell comprising a bottom tray (20) and a top lid (10). The bottom tray (20) comprises a tray bottom (21) and tray side walls (22) extending upwardly from the tray bottom (21). The top lid (10) comprises a lid top (11) and lid side walls (12) depending downwardly from the lid top (11). The lid side walls (12) having lid side wall end portions (15) which are wrapped around the tray side walls (22).
