Abstract

A plug (1) is disclosed which has a body (2) with at least one aperture (11) therethrough and closure means (3) movable between a closed position whereby the aperture (11) is substantially covered to an open position whereby the aperture (11) is substantially uncovered. In a first embodiment the closure means (3) moves by rotation and actuation means (4) are included to actuate rotation of the closure means (3) from its closed position to its open position. In a second embodiment biasing means (8) are included which bias the closure means (3) in the open position and a releasable catch (4) which can be set to hold the closure means (3) in the closed position against the bias of the biasing means (8).
