Abstract

Apparatus for attachment to a toilet bowl comprises a mounting plate (6) which is securable to the rim of the toilet bowl, a controllable water supply conduit (1) connected to a supply of hot water and a supply of cold water, the water supply conduit leading to a delivery pipe having a pyramidal-shaped nozzle (5) at the end, wherein the nozzle can be moved from an inoperative position adjacent the wall of the toilet bowl to an operative position in the centre of the bowl in which the nozzle is upwardly directed.

Description

%. 2354531 ADJUSTABLE BIDET- A This invention relates to an ADJUSTABLE
BIDET.
Bidets have been known for a long period of time. Those similar in shape to the toilet-bowl with the need for extra space to be fitted in, manual showers that have been used for intimate cleaning as manual bidets, and those plastic basins that must previously be filled with water before being used. Therefore, there has been a big deal of concern related to extra spaces in modern buildings to install bidets in, high costs, and not the most comfortable ways of intimate cleaning.
According to the present invention, there is provided an ADJUSTABLE BIDET comprising an angular and bow-shaped Body, taps for means of cold and hot water release so the temperature and water pressure can be control led, the Body being installed to an angular and flat base that is fixed from its rear end to the back of the toilet bowl and allows the Body to slide across from the inside wall to the centre of the toilet bowl, the body having at its front end a pyramidal shaped nozzle for means of upwards spray water.
A specific embodiment of the invention will now be described by way the example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which:
Figure I illustrates the Adjustable Bidet on its own. Figure 2 illustrates the Adjustable Bidet installed and rested. Figure 3 illustrates the Adjustable Bidet slid and ready to be Used. Figure 4 illustrates flat section of the body Figure 5 illustrates way of attachment of the body to the angular and flat base. Figure 6 illustrates the pyramidal shaped nozzle.
Z DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention may be most simply described from the drawings.
In Fig I we can see the angular and bow shaped body 1, its U shaped rear end 2, taps for means of hot and cold water release 3 so the temperature and water pressure can be controlled, the body showing a flatted section 4 that enables the body to be fitted in between the gap of the toilet bowl rim and the toilet seat ring when in different models of toilets this gap has been reduced, shown also is the front end of the body where there is a pyramidal shaped nozzle 5 for means of spraying water upwards, also can be seen the angular and flat base 6 where the body is attached through device 7 enabling the body to slide in when resting or slide out when in use, the angular and flat base 6 having at its rear end an open slot 8 enabling it to be fixed at the right side of the toilet bowl rear end. In Fig 2 the invention, in resting position, can be seen fixed to the right side of the rear end of the toilet bowl 9jo the open slot 8 at the rear end of the angular and flat base 6.
In Fig 3 the invention can be seen slid out and ready to be used. This position can be achieved manually and involve only in pushing outwards from the taps 3 or from the U shaped rear end 2 of the bodyl In Fig 4 can be seen the flat section 4 of the body 1.
In Fig 5 can be seen the device 5 which attach the body I to the angular and flat base 4 In Fig 6 can be seen the pyramidal shaped nozzle 6.
Obviously, many mechanical changes could be made by one of normal skills in the art so there is not wish to be limited to mechanical details but only as to the spirit and purpose as outlined in these specifications and claims.

Claims (1)

  1. I- An ADJUSTABLE BIDET-A comprising an angular and bowshaped body, taps for means of cold and hot water release so the temperature and water pressure can be controlled, the body being installed to an angular and flat base that is fixed from its rear end to the back of the toilet bowl and allows the body to slide across from the inside wall to the centre of the toilet bowl, the body having at its front end a pyramidal shaped nozzle for means of upwards spray water.
2- An ADJUSTABLE BIDET-A as in claim I where is said comprising an angular and bow-shaped body that can manually be slid from the inside wall of the toilet bowl (when not in use) across to the centre of the toilet bowl (when in use), the said body attached to an angular and flat base that allows the body to be slid, the said body having at its rear end a U shaped form with taps for means of cold and hot water so temperature and pressure can be controlled, the taps being connected to the water supplies lines by flexible pipes, the said body being externally threaded at its front end so a pyramidal shaped upwards spray nozzle can be screwed in, the said body having a flattened section so it can be fitted and enabled to slide horizontally in between the toilet seat ring and the toilet bowl rim when in different toilet models this gap has been reduced.
3- An ADJUSTABLE BIDET-A as in claim 1 where is said comprising an angular and flat base with a open slot enabling it to be fixed to the rear end and from underneath of the toilet bowl.
4- An ADJUSTABLE BIDET-A as in claims 1-2 where is said comprising an angular and flat base where the device that hold the body can be fitted on it enabling the body to slide across of the toilet bowl.
/r 5- An ADJUSTABLE BIDET-A as in claims 1-2 where is said comprising a pyramidal shaped nozzle and internally threaded so it can be screwed in and off from the body when cleaning and replacement purposes are necessary.
6- An ADJUSTABLE BIDET-A as in claims 1-2-5 where is said comprising a pyramidal shaped nozzle for means of upwards spray water.
Amendments to the claims have been riled as follows CLAIMS:
I - Apparatus for attachment to a toilet bowl, the apparatus comprising a mounting plate which is securable to the rim of the toilet bowl, a controllable water supply conduit having a source of hot water and a supply of cold water, the water supply conduit leading to a delivery pipe having a pyramidal-shaped nozzle at the end, wherein the nozzle can be moved from an inoperative position adjacent the wall of the toilet bowl to an operative position in which the nozzle is upwardly directed In the centre of the bowl.
2-Apparatus as claimed in clairn I wherein the water supply condult is a flexible pipe.
S-Apparatus as claimed in claim I or claim 2 wherein the nozzle Is attached to the delivery pipe by means of a screw thread.
4- Apparatus as claimed in any of the preceding claims wherein the mounting plate is provided with a slot for attachment to a toilet seat mounting, 6- Apparatus as claimed in any of the preceding claims and substantially as herein described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
