Abstract
The device comprises an axle 1 having a free end which can be mounted in the chuck 7 of an electric drill. On the axle are mounted two paint roller sleeve supports, one of which is indicated as 2 in fig.1. The other support can be moved to adjusted positions along the axle by means of a set crew 6 which screws into threaded holes 3 spaced along the axle., to adjust the length of the device for different rollers. Also provided are curved spring members 4 to ensure a stable fit of the sleeve on the device. Once mounted the roller is spun at high speed to remove the paint.
