Abstract
A connector for tubular members is described. The connector includes a first tubular member (10) which has a cylindrical internal wall terminating at its outer end with an outwardly directed annular abutment (16). A second tubular member (12) is adapted for sliding engagement into the first tubular member and has an outwardly directed annular flange (18) that, in use, engages the abutment (16). One or more Orings (20a, 20b) provide a seal between the first and second tubular member. Securing means in the form of a threaded nut (22) hold the flange (18) against the abutment (16). The second tubular member (12) is rotatable relative to the first tubular member (10) when the two are coupled together.
