Abstract

A package has a seal (a) which is detachable from a box (b) so that the contents are thereby revealed for consumption in conjunction with the use of an accompanying utensil (d). The seal (a) may be removed by peeling it with one hand.

Description

DESCRIPTION: CKPACK This invention relates to a water tight, sealed packaging product with an easily removable seal enabling access to the contents and an accompanying utensil to aid the consumption of the enclosed product.
Many foodstuffs vended in sealed packages require transportation from their packaging to another receptacle prior to consumption eg. can to bowl, bottle to glass. This process involves time and the use of other household items: spoons, bowls etc.. The CK PACK recognises the inconvenience factor inherent in the current situation and will bring together product, packaging, utensil and receptacle in a single-unit format. This is done through the inclusion, along one of the planes of the package, of a breakable seal which converts the use of the package from transportation and storage to consumption medium.
The CK PACK consists of: a) a water tight sealed receptacle.
b) an accompanying utensil.
c) a means of access affording consumption of the enclosed produce.
A specific embodiment of the product will now be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawing (See Attachment IV) in which : Fig 1 Shows the product in its sealed state with accompanying utensil.
Fig 2 Shows the product with its seal opened.
With reference to the attached drawings Figs 1 & 2 the product is to be utilised by a) holding product firmly with one hand and b) pulling the seal (a) firmly away from the box (b) in the direction of the arrow (c) c) the contents of the product are revealed and they may be consumed by using the attached utensil (d), for the purposes of illustration a spoon has been used.

Claims (4)

1. A packaging product with a removable seal and accompanying utensil that facilitates consumption of the contained produce.
2. A packaging product as in Claim 1 wherein the removable seal is resealable.
3. A packaging product as in Claim 1 or Claim 2 wherein the utensil is required to be provided by the consumer.
4. A packaging product substantially as described herein with reference to Figs 1 & 20f the accompanying drawings (Attachment IV)
