Abstract

A multi-function exercise device (16) capable of assuming a variety of exercice orientations and configurations. A bi-directional attaching assembly allows the frame assembly (23) of the exercise device to be configured to be either substantially coplanar (24) or substantially non-coplanar (26) to a longitudinal seat rail (50). Additionally, a ground-engaging support assembly (80) allows the exercise device to be oriented in either a horizontal, inclined, or vertical orientation.
