Description
SPECIFICATION Adartboard adjustable wedge
The invention a dartboard adjustable wedge, is a means for keeping a dartboard good and firm one it is hung in its required position, the dartboard would be fitted with a minimum ofthree (3) adjustable wedges. Once the adjustable wedges are screwed tight towards a wall or a board on which a dartboard is hung the dartboard would hold its position during the game of darts.
When a dartboard starts to show wear and tear on certain numbers the dartboard adjustable wedge could be slackened off and the dartboard would be able to be turned to a new position, thus making the life of a dartboard longer.
Adartboard adjustable wedge could be fitted during the manufacture of a dartboard or fitted as a separate item after a dartboard was made.
Drawing sheet 712 Dartboard adjustablewedge: Figure 1.
Drawing sheet2/2 A dartboard: Figure 2 fitted with four dartboard adjustablewedges: Figure 1.
Section A-A shows One dartboard adjustable wedge: Figure 1 fitted to dartboard at top.
One dartboard adjustable wedge: Figure 1 fitted to dartboard at bottom and screwed into it final position.
1. A dartboard adjustable wedge could be manufactured as a separate item or fitted into a dartboard during manufacture of board.
2. Once the wedge is fitted into a dartboard it can be adjusted towards a wall or a fixing board where the dartboard is hung and would give the dartboard afirm grip and the board would stay in it fixed position.
3. Thewedge could be made of anytype of resilient material such as plastic - metal - nylon - etc.
4. Theoutersurfaceofwedgecould beofany shape - round - oval - square etc.
5. Each dartboard would be fitted with a minimum ofthreewedgesto ensureafirm grip of the dartboard.
6. The wedge would easily adjusted with access to the front of the dartboard.
7. Wedges would be able to be slackened as to be able to turn dartboard into another position when the dartboard begins to wear on certain numbers of dartboard.
8. The wedges wouid be able to be adjusted on a surface which is uneven or level.

Claims 1-8 above have been deleted ortextually amended.
1. Adartboard adjustable wedge comprising of a threaded insert and a threaded screw that would be fitted to a dartboard and would secure a dartboard to awall or board and would keep a dartboard firm and secure during the game of darts.
2. A dartboard adjustable wedge as claimed in claim 1 thatwould beableto be slackened and would enable a dartboardto beturnedto a new position when a dartboard startsto showwearon certain numbers.
3. A dartboard adjustable wedge as claimed in claim 1 and claim 2 that could be adjusted from the front of a dartboard.
4. A dartboard adjustable wedge as claimed in claims 1-2-3 that would adjust two a surfacethatis even or uneven.
5. Adartboard adjustable wedge that could be made of any resilient material, such as metal - nylon plastic etc.
6. Adartboard adjustablewedgethatcould be madeto any shape round, oval, square on the threaded insert.
7. A dartboard adjustable wedge which would be fitted to a dartboard during manufacture of a dartboard or after manufacture of a dartboard.
8. Each dartboard would be fitted with a minium ofthree (3) dartboard adjustable wedges to ensure a firm grip of a dartboard.
