Abstract

A cross brace for forming compartments in a packing case (32) comprises first and second elements of sheet material (2,4) each of which is provided with at least one slit for interengagement of the elements so that each element has a portion which is disposed in the slit in the other element. At least one of said elements (4) has at least one incision (18) therein which provides a tongue (20) which is adapted to be pressed out of the element and secured to a wall (28) of a packing-case. <IMAGE>
