Abstract

A door for an aircraft has a major portion 1 and a minor portion 2 pivoted thereto by hinge arms 3 and together form a closure for a door aperture, the door further having at least one primary locking member 10 urgable into and out of locking engagement with structure associated with the door aperture when the door is fully closed, including a rotary member 13 mounted upon the major door portion for rotary movement about a given axis, the rotary member having first cam means for affecting relative pivotal movement of the minor door portion and the major door portion, and second cam means 13b for effecting locking or unlocking movement of the locking member. <IMAGE>
