Hair-pins.-A hair-pin has one leg 1 bent back at 2, approximately opposite the point of the other leg 4 so that the bent-back part 5 lies close to the leg 4, the point 3 of which is bent slightly outward. The hair is thus clipped between the part 5 and the leg 4. The part 5 is preferably guided so as to remain in the plane of the pin, for example by forming at its free end an eye 6 which surrounds the arch 7 of the pin. The leg 4 may also be provided with a bentback part similar to the part 5.
