Abstract

This device has to be fixed on the striking plate 2 on the door frame, and to put into operation, the bolt from the door lock will push the switch on and off, when you lock the door, and when the door is opened it switches off. This means if anybody forces the door, the switch will pass the power to the alarm system. To switch it off when the owner returns home, the lock has to be unlocked and locked again and unlocked. This means when the owner opens the door, the alarm will become inoperative because the switch has been turned off. <IMAGE>

SPECIFICATION A switch for an anti-theft device This invention relates to anti-theft devices which switch on and off and operates with a Mortise lock when the door is in the process of locking, the accompanying drawing shows a metal case (No.1) which should be adapted to fit the striking plate.
No.2. A lock switch or any other type of switch of the same principle. No. 3. Leverto operate the lock switch when the bolt from the Mortise lock contacts the lever, forcing it in, thereby making the lock switch fully operative, No.4. A hole with thread for easy application to striking plate.
