Abstract

204,526. Haselau, O. Sept. 28, 1922. Cooking - vessels; baking and like tins; heating surfaces, increasing; lids and covers; handles. - A cooking - vessel comprises a bottom part 1 adapted to rest on a stove &c. and formed with a central passage for the admission of the hot gases, which after circulating around the contents emerge from passages 15 formed at the base of the side walls, and a cover 2 provided with a knob 31 which can when desired be unfastened and placed inside the cover, the top of which is provided with a layer of asbestos. Cooking dishes, and a muffin tin 5 of the forms shown, all formed with a central aperture, are adapted to be used with the vessel and can all be nested within the vessel when it is not in use. The pair of dishes 4 are adapted to be fitted together to encircle the central passage of the vessel. Potatoes may be cooked by being supported on the ribs 12 of the container 1.
