Abstract

An electronic timepiece is arranged to display time of day and date digitally as in Figure 1 and in addition, when in the calendar mode as shown Figure 2, exhibits a calendar display in matrix form, whereon selected dates written into a calendar memory are indicated by underlining 10 or being caused to flicker as illustrated Figure 3. Selected dates stored may be erased at will. Liquid crystal display elements may be used. <IMAGE>
