Abstract

A connector for connecting a w.c. pan to a soil pipe has pan and pipe end portions adapted for spigoted engagement with the w.c. pan and the pipe respectively. The two said portions of the connector have respectively internal and external annular, generally radially-extending, flexible resilient sealing fins. The two portions of the connector have their lengthwise axes inclined at an angle of 166 DEG to each other and may be made integral with each other or as separate elements connected together by a sealed joint permitting relative rotation of the two portions about a third axis inclined at 14 DEG to the lengthwise axis of the pipe portion. In the latter case the lengthwise axis of the pan portion is parallel to but offset from the said third axis. <IMAGE>
