Abstract

The apparatus comprises a toilet roll dispenser with a means to apply sanitized liquids of low viscosity to toilet paper in volumes and dispersal rates to each sheet subject to the users discretion without recourse to power sources other than those that are self contained. The toilet roll is dispensed freely from a toilet roll spindle which in turn is supported by arms of the body itself. A fluid reservoir 2 is positioned at the rear and top of the toilet roll with a sliding filtered lid 3 and includes a filtered outlet. The fluid is fed by tube to a dispensing nozzle below and central to the toilet roll. The nozzle has an adjustable cap for differing dispersal rates. The spray release is controlled by a linkage mechanism 14-21 actuated by a manually operated knob 12 on the toilet roll holder arm facing the user. The dispenser may comprise solar cells (40 AP3a), a rechargeable battery (45a AP3b) and a heater assembly (46AP3a).
