Abstract

A pipe coupling arrangement comprising a piece of pipe 1 having a flange 2 at least at one end, an annular element 6 arranged coaxially with the piece of pipe 1 and movable relative thereto by means of hydraulic means comprising at least one hydraulic pressure chamber in the form of an annular space 11, which chamber 11 is bounded by the annular element 6 and the piece of pipe 1, and at least two hook-like arms 14 which are pivotably connected to the annular element and which by the movement of the latter may be brought to clamp a second flange, plate or the like against the flange 2 on the piece of pipe. <IMAGE>
