Abstract

An improved negative impedance converter comprising: a conventional negative impedance converter 20 having a negative impedance port and a positive impedance port 10, 10'; a first differential operational amplifier A2 having an inverting input and a non- inverting input and an output; said inverting input receiving one side 11'' of said negative impedance port; said non-inverting input receiving a reference voltage-VF; and said output 11' forming, with the other side 11 of said negative impedance port, the output of said improved negative impedance converter. The additional amplifier increases the amplitude range of the converter. <IMAGE>
