Abstract

199,630. Hipwood, G., and Greller, B. B. July 31, 1922. Tips.-A tip 1 for a crutch 3 is made of yielding-material such as rubber, and is formed with a socket 2 for the reception of the crutch and a suction cavity 6. Exterior annular grooves 8 allow the tip to flex when the crutch is not normal to the ground and thereby allow the edges of the cavity 6 to remain in contact with the ground.
