Consists of a plate or frame having a hook or other means for attachment to the dress, and also having two or more openings through which the corner of the serviette is drawn so that it is caused to bind upon the bars of the plate or frame. In the device shown in Figs. 1 and 3, the plate 1 has a triangular opening 3 and an open slot 4 formed at the rear with a lip 7.
