14,758. Bergmuller, J. June 26. Fats, extracting.-Cocoa mass is treated in a centrifugal machine before the fat is expressed. The beans are ground, allowed to cool, again ground, treated in a centrifugal machine at about 60-65‹ C. for 4-5 hours, and then pressed at about 85‹ C. and at a pressure of 600 atmospheres. The beans may be only half roasted, or water may be added to the mass before pressing. Specification 16,431/11, [Class 129, Tea &c.], is referred to.
