Draught-excluders. - A brush or brush-like fabric E is applied to the lower edge of a swing- ing, hinged, or vertically - sliding draughtexcluding bar for doors, the brush-like fabric embedding into the inequalities of the step. In the arrangement shown in Fig. 2, the fabric E is applied to a bar A fitted with pins a mounted in brackets b, carried by a bar B fixed on the door D, the bar A being swung up by a spring G when the door is opened, and pressed down on the sill, when the door is closed, by the engagement of a projection F on the bar with the door post.
