9679. Gill, T. W. April 23. Stands. - A folding bicycle stand comprises two posts or rods e, f fixed on axles c, d, on which are mounted two pairs of wheels a, b. One of the posts f is provided with a forked projection g for holding the front wheel of the bicycle ; the other post e is fitted with a swing link h, which can be slipped over the post f. Side arms k, pivoted on each side of the post e, are provided with adjustable clips n, fitted with linch pins and chains for attachment to the frame of the bicycle; similar clips o may be fitted to the posts e, f. Forward extensions of the side arms k are clamped to the post f by means of a screw, which passes through a slot m in the post, in order that the side arms may be adjusted to any desired angle.
