A sleeve c', or two sleeves separated by split washers, may be used to lock two nuts b, each formed with an extension b<1>. The end of the sleeve c<2> may have a conical recess to engage the part b'. In the Provisional Specification it is stated that the extension b<1> may be compressed by a recessed nut.
