Kaleidoscopes. - In a kaleidoscopic projection apparatus suitable for producing designs, four mirrors are used as shown in Fig. 4, instead of the two or three mirrors usually employed. The objects are placed in the rotatable cell g, and a mirror e or prism may be used to direct the image upon a screen. A light-tight chamber may be fitted on to the apparatus for obtaining photographic reproductions of the designs.
