A lever L at the top of a rod K carried by a piston J is con nected by a chain to the flush pull-chain, When the latter is pulled, the piston is forced down against a spring I and disinfectant is forced along a pipe QR into the flush water. When the piston rises again disinfectant passes into the cylinder through a valve G.
