Abstract

188,567. Colwell, G. Dec. 14, 1921. Mud-guards rotating with wheels.-A moulded rubber strip E of substantially triangular section is carried between the flanges G, H of a metal ring F which is bolted to the wheel. To prevent damage to the strip by curbs the ring F is formed with a rounded extension on its outer side. The device may be fitted on one or both sides of the wheel.
